We assist attorneys, property managers, building owners, contractors, manufacturers, and design professionals with a wide range of engineering and architectural issues. As a Senior Project Director in our Forensics Practice, you’ll independently evaluate, adapt, and apply advanced architectural concepts to challenging forensic problems. You’ll influence technical direction, mentor others, and engage in client-facing opportunities while contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred; candidates actively working toward licensure will also be considered.
  • 6+ years of architectural experience, ideally with forensic exposure.
  • Ability to independently develop engineering approaches and troubleshoot novel challenges.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and desire to grow into a technical leader.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex forensic investigations and develop innovative solutions for repair and remediation.
  • Prepare deliverables that communicate clearly with clients and legal teams.
  • Proactively coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal experts.
  • Contribute to proposals and represent TT’s technical excellence with clients.
  • Mentor earlier-career architects and enhance team technical capabilities.
