Senior Architectural Project Manager
About The Position
This role is for a Senior Architectural Project Manager who will lead the design and delivery of complex and impactful projects, helping to shape the future of the Community & Culture practice. The individual will build trusted client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive projects from pursuit through completion. While the role supports projects that enrich communities through civic, cultural, public, and community-focused spaces, the company is also interested in experienced project leaders with diverse perspectives from various market sectors. The role involves influencing business growth, mentoring emerging talent, and creating design solutions that strengthen communities and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 12+ years of experience leading architectural projects, teams, and client relationships across one or more market sectors.
- Professional licensure (RA preferred not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, building codes, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- A collaborative leadership style, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating spaces that positively impact people and communities.

- LEED and/or WELL accreditation is a plus.
