We’re seeking a Senior Architect who is excited to take on a visible leadership role—helping expand our regional presence, mentor talented designers, and deepen trusted client relationships across Northeast Florida.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (NAAB‑accredited)
  • Licensed Architect (RA)
  • 10 + years of architectural design experience; 15+ years of experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships
  • Passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • A creative, solution‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi‑disciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our regional and national clients
  • Drive design excellence from concept through construction
  • Mentor and develop junior architects and designers
  • Champion BIM and emerging design technologies to enhance project delivery
  • Oversee drawings, specifications, and design documentation
  • Conduct design analysis, site studies, and cost evaluations
  • Perform quality control reviews and ensure key milestones are met
  • Participate in field observations and construction administration
  • Partner with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, and staffing
  • Support business development through proposals, interviews, and presentations
