About The Position

Omnissa is hiring a Professional Services Senior Architect to lead implementation and adoption of Omnissa Workspace ONE solutions for its largest customers. The role gathers and analyzes customer requirements and develops architectural designs, including compute infrastructure planning across private and public clouds, configuration recommendations, deployment validation, operations strategy, and user adoption. The Senior Architect acts as a trusted advisor, learns customers’ businesses and strategic goals, and uses in-depth Workspace ONE expertise to build implementation and adoption roadmaps and drive them to completion. This is a customer-facing consulting role combining technical, business, consulting, and leadership skills. The architect works with customers and Omnissa colleagues on post-sales implementation, articulates solution designs that connect technical and business concepts, presents transformational journeys to project stakeholders, manages expectations, and partners with Project Managers on realistic project plans and workstream timelines. The role communicates with teams ranging from technical engineers and system administrators to business leaders and executives. During the first month, the new hire works with a mentor and peers to learn internal processes and customer engagements, including how to align delivery with business goals, scope and commercial considerations, and the customer’s technical landscape. Within the first three months, the architect is expected to own business outcomes, lead technical project teams, and be accountable for project deliverables. After onboarding, the architect transitions into customer engagements according to business needs. The role also contributes to evolving delivery methodologies, tools, and services by challenging existing processes and identifying customer trends that may inform go-to-market strategies and service offerings. The position is based in the United States and is remote, with a hybrid arrangement for Atlanta residents. Travel is as needed based on customer demand; the posting describes generally low travel needs as less than three times per quarter, while also noting that most travel will be two to four days out of the week. The typical base salary range is USD $160,000–$200,000 per year, with possible eligibility for a corporate bonus program. The role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
