About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Archer Developer with deep expertise across the RSA Archer platform. This individual will be responsible for the design, configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Archer-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Archer architecture, custom object development, REST API integrations, and Archer Next Generation UI capabilities. This role partners closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing GRC solutions in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
• Deep understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data models.
• Hands-on expertise with: Archer Configuration, Archer Customization, Workflow Design, Data Feeds, Notifications, Questionnaires, Reporting, Calculated Fields
• Experience developing and supporting Archer Custom Objects.
• Strong experience with Archer REST APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Archer Next Generation UI.
• Experience supporting multiple Archer use cases including: Risk Register, RCSA, Issues Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Nice To Haves

• Integration experience with: ServiceNow, Snowflake, Enterprise Data Platforms
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and frameworks.
• Archer platform upgrades and migration experience.
• Environment management experience across Dev, QA, and Production.
• Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications and custom solutions.
• Perform end-to-end Archer configuration including: Fields, Records, Workflows, Questionnaires, Notifications, Calculations, Data Feeds, Reports
• Develop and maintain Custom Objects and complex Archer data models.
• Build and support Archer REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Leverage Archer Next Generation UI capabilities to improve user experience and system performance.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Archer-related issues across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Security, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure all Archer solutions align with security standards, best practices, scalability requirements, and performance guidelines.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge-transfer materials, and operational support documentation.
