About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Archer Developer with 8-10+ years of experience in RSA Archer development or as an Archer Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data models, along with hands-on expertise in various configuration and customization aspects. This role requires strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
• Deep understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data models.
• Hands-on expertise with Archer Configuration.
• Hands-on expertise with Archer Customization.
• Hands-on expertise with Workflow Design.
• Hands-on expertise with Data Feeds.
• Hands-on expertise with Notifications.
• Hands-on expertise with Questionnaires.
• Hands-on expertise with Reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Calculated Fields.
• Experience developing and supporting Archer Custom Objects.
• Strong experience with Archer REST APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Archer Next Generation UI.
• Experience supporting multiple Archer use cases including: Risk Register, RCSA, Issues Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Archer Custom Objects.
• Utilize Archer REST APIs for integrations.
• Work with Archer Next Generation UI.
• Support multiple Archer use cases including Risk Register, RCSA, Issues Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Archer performance.
• Configure Archer, customize Archer, design workflows, and manage data feeds, notifications, questionnaires, reporting, and calculated fields.
