  • Hands-on experience developing, operating, optimizing, or troubleshooting perfusion cell culture processes and associated cell-retention technologies.
  • Experience presenting technical content to customers, industry groups, conferences, workshops, or technical training audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and interpret applications studies from bench scale through manufacturing scale across bioreactor systems, cell culture processes, perfusion operations, cell-retention technologies, and related upstream process platforms.
  • Provide scientific leadership to cross-functional teams, contributing to experimental design, technical strategy, data interpretation, and next-step recommendations for applications and product-development programs.
  • Partner with Product Management, R&D, Commercial, and Field Applications teams to understand customer challenges and translate them into experimental programs, technical recommendations, and product-development priorities.
  • Generate technical reports, application notes, presentations, and scientific communications to support development programs, inform commercial teams about Cytiva's technical capabilities and competitiveness, and demonstrate technology performance to customers.
  • Develop and apply expertise in mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operations, perfusion processes, and cell-retention technologies, serving as a technical resource for commercial teams, Field Applications specialists, and customers.
