Requirements

• MS (Ph.D preferred) in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledgeable in power conversion topologies, power device, magnetics and control loop design.
• Lab skills in using Oscilloscope, function generators and test equipment.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink, SIMetrix, Pspice/Ltspice, Ansys simulation.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
• Hands-on development experience in prototype built in MHz DC/DC converter.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional teams for power MOSFET product definition, validation, promotion and trouble shooting.
• Specify key MOSFET parameters for DC/DC converter.
• Validate the performance of power devices in DC/DC converters.
• Gain customer and application knowledge and understand power MOSFET usage in end applications.
• Benchmarking of competitor's parts and writing promotion materials such as evaluation reports and application notes.
• Evaluation board build up.
• System simulation model build up.
