About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition of target projects in cooperation with Sales, including technical presentations at customers. You will monitor and assure the profitability of respective projects over their lifecycle through change management. Building and developing relationships with relevant technical functions at the customer and supporting customer engineering are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and enabling long-term sustainable growth. You will manage global projects with high complexity and impact to the company according to Vibracoustic procedure (APQP/VC ProMap) and manage RFQs independently, including all internal and external activities. You will take full responsibility for project results in terms of quality, cost, and timing in all phases of the project from RFQ to EOP. Ensuring effective communication within the project team through regular project reviews (internal/external) and reporting on project status is crucial. Professional interaction with Top Management to provide management summaries of project status is also expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or other technical subject
• 5+ years experience in Project Management and Application Engineering role
• Successful management of projects
• Analytical thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills across cultures

Nice To Haves

• AVS/NVH product know-how is an advantage
