About The Position

The Senior Application Architect designs and develops IT application architecture solutions to business problems, aligning them with enterprise architecture direction and standards. The role involves moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The architect performs technical planning, develops and modifies architecture specifications, and creates specifications for new products, services, applications, and service offerings. They assess the compatibility and integration of proposed standard products and services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications. The position begins to influence department strategy and makes decisions on technical approaches for project components. Work is performed without direction, with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Seven or more years of experience as a senior developer in large IT projects.
Prior project architect and/or team lead experience.
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
