Our customers are Reddit Android developers building delightful user experiences. We provide the libraries, frameworks, observability, and build/CI tooling that other teams use to ship a fast, reliable, world‑class Reddit experience. We focus on three pillars: Client Health (Crashes/ANRs/Performance), Developer Experience (Fast and Safe workflows), and App Architecture (modern and opinionated). As a Senior Android Engineer on the Android Platform team, you will design and evolve an Android platform that lets every Android engineer at Reddit quickly identify and ship better user experiences. You’ll work in a large, multi‑team Android codebase with millions of DAUs, focusing on client health, observability, and developer tooling rather.
