We're looking for a Senior Anaplan Model Builder to design, build, and improve the planning systems that support efficient operations and strategic decision-making across our Sales and Customer Success organizations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Ops, GTM Anaplan, you'll help shape HubSpot's Anaplan ecosystem and ensure it delivers reliable, actionable insights for GTM Planning and Leadership. You'll partner closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and another model builder to improve existing models and build new capabilities across the Rep, BDR, Partner, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success organizations. This role suits someone who brings strong Anaplan experience but also enjoys working across systems, data, automation, and process improvement—and who uses modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, Hex, and agentic coding tools like Claude Code, to work smarter and move faster.
