About The Position

We are restructuring the way we work with data by creating four dedicated analytics hubs: Core, Marketing, Product, and Revenue. Each hub will be deeply embedded in its business area, with its own focused team and identity. We are hiring one senior analyst per hub (except the core team) for individuals ready to grow into larger roles. Reporting to the Head of Data, this dual role involves performing serious analytical work, building models and dashboards, and owning how the respective function uses data. You will set the rhythms, SLAs, and standards to make analytics a genuine partner to the business. This role requires influencing the development of the spoke model and defining how analytics operates, not just executing predefined tasks. You should be comfortable defining analytical processes as well as performing the analysis.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple data domains and deliver analysis to senior business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated use of AI coding agents and LLM-assisted tools as a core part of your analytical workflow.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis, with experience writing production-quality code.
  • Experience with modern BI and product analytics tools (Power BI, Amplitude, Looker, or equivalent), including building dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering analysis that combines data from multiple source systems (CRM, product, finance, marketing).
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to senior non-technical audiences (written, verbal, visual).
  • Experience working within a metric governance process (definitions, ownership, resolving conflicts).
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, scoping unclear questions, making assumptions explicit, and delivering useful outputs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B product company.
  • Exposure to subscription metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, expansion), product usage analytics, and GTM funnel analysis.
  • Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation frameworks.
  • Understanding of how semantic layers and data models underpin self-service analytics.
  • Experience working in or helping to establish an embedded analytics model (spoke, business partner, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to LLM application patterns, prompt design, text-to-SQL, or the use of language models for data exploration and insight summarization.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or setting analytical standards within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytical relationship with the Marketing, Revenue, or Product function, understanding priorities, anticipating data needs, and delivering analysis that drives decisions.
  • Build and maintain core dashboards, reports, and models for the respective function, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and usability.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks, making assumptions explicit and delivering useful outputs.
  • Combine product usage, revenue, and operational data to surface insights that a single-function view would miss.
  • Define and document the working model between the data hub and respective function, including metric ownership, request intake, SLAs, and escalation paths.
  • Own the function domain within the Central KPI & Metrics Glossary and manage additions and conflicts through the governance process.
  • Document domain knowledge, stakeholder preferences, and analytical edge cases for future reference or scaling.
  • Contribute to headcount planning by identifying future analytical capacity needs within the function.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Amplitude) to enable self-service.
  • Write clear documentation for metric definitions, methodologies, and data caveats.
  • Seek opportunities to shift recurring analytical work to self-service.
  • Utilize LLM-assisted tools and AI coding agents for data exploration, query generation, insight synthesis, and documentation.
  • Help embed agentic workflows within the function team to empower stakeholders to get answers from data independently.
  • Contribute as a practitioner of natural-language and text-to-SQL tooling.
  • Flag data quality issues upstream to the Data Platform Lead and understand dependencies on data pipelines.
  • Participate in the intake and triage process for incoming requests.
  • Ensure new product features, pricing changes, or GTM motions are reflected in metric definitions and dashboards before launch.
  • Provide technical guidance, analytical framing, and code reviews for junior analysts.
  • Contribute to agile workflows (Kanban/Scrum) and planning sessions, keeping work visible and priorities explicit.
  • Help shape documentation standards and analytical norms for team scaling.

Benefits

  • Regular performance-based compensation reviews
  • 26 days of paid time off
  • 1 additional day off for your birthday
  • Remote office assistance
