About The Position

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Risk Consulting team, based in the Chicago office. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office or client-site work at least three days per week. The Senior Analyst supports senior team members in delivering client services, conducts research and analysis on client issues, identifies risks and concerns, and helps guide clients toward appropriate paths. The role offers exposure to top-tier clients and opportunities for professional development.

Excellent client management and communication skills.

Experience creating and reviewing advisory proposals and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on client issues, identify concerns and client risks, and provide guidance on appropriate paths and key hypotheses.
Create presentations, slides, and other communications of moderate complexity for internal and client meetings.
Manage data collection and documentation to improve efficiency.
Participate in and drive client and internal meetings in support of Senior Consultants.
Prepare concise notes from meetings and complex research, and manage follow-up action plans.
Develop and foster successful business relationships to grow the books.
