About The Position

Marsh is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Risk Consulting team in Chicago. This hybrid role requires working in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week. The analyst will provide research, analysis, and other support to clients, working with senior team members to deliver client services. Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on client issues, identify unclear concerns or risks, and help guide clients in selecting appropriate paths and identifying key hypotheses.
Create presentations, slides, and other moderately complex communications for internal and client meetings.
Manage data collection and documentation to improve efficiency.
Participate in and drive client and internal meetings in support of Senior Consultants.
Prepare concise notes from meetings or complex research and manage follow-up action plans.
Develop and foster successful business relationships to grow the books.
