Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related quantitative discipline
  • At least 3 years of analytics experience, preferably 1+ years with an Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, or Digital Media firm
  • Demonstrated experience with customer data, media & marketing measurement and CRM analytics. An understanding of core marketing analytics concepts including email, SMS and Web metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced level SQL programming skills. Familiarity with Python.
  • Hands-on skills in statistical analysis and/or modeling (regression, segmentation, forecasting, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of database marketing principles and database structure
  • Presentation skills, data storytelling and the ability to simplify and package complex ideas for presentation and into client-ready documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural curiosity and an aptitude for continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively maintain focus while working on multiple complex projects and to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute and/or lead client reporting and analysis projects
  • Create campaign labeling and tracking
  • Create timely and accurate reporting
  • Deliver insights that inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Analyze marketing and customer data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Build client-ready dashboards.
  • Manage your workload and identify risks.
  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure high standards for data quality, integrity, and privacy across all client work.
  • Stay current on analytics tools, technologies (including AI) and industry trends; champion innovation and continuous improvement.
