HSBC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), International Mid Markets Business is looking to add an energetic and driven individual to join the business. The new Senior Analyst will be a crucial member of our team, helping to meet the unique needs of our international clients that hold revenues between ~$50MM and over $2BN.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• A client focused mindset with a “can do” attitude
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with an ability to build long term workplace relationships
• Middle Market, Commercial, and International banking experience
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects & engagements
• Commercial banking product knowledge across all treasury products
• Global trade solutions
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance processes
• Credit underwriting and financial statement analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Global Relationship Managers (“GRM’s”)
• Develop the bank’s relationships with existing and prospective new customers
• Prepare and present sales pitch materials
• Provide outstanding client service
• Coordinate with internal colleagues, including product partners & credit managers
• Research prospective clients, markets & sectors
• Manage credit, operational, regulatory and other risks
• Ensure the bank maintains compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Maintain outstanding data quality in the bank’s internal systems
