About The Position

Toyota’s Customer Technology Solutions Department (CTS) is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst - Technical Product Owner. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical product leadership for an assigned portfolio of products within CTS’s complex customer-facing digital ecosystem, which includes toyota.com and lexus.com. The resource is accountable for technology delivery outcomes that translate Marketing priorities into secure, scalable, reliable solutions, with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) serving as a core platform. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Technology Solutions, the person in this role will support the department’s objective to shape and sustain high-quality digital experiences that protect customer trust and enable Toyota’s brands to compete in a changing digital marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant work experience plus four additional years
• 3+ years of advanced analytical, interpretive, and consultative experience on mid- to large-scale customer-facing digital product initiatives
• 3+ years of experience delivering and sustaining customer-facing digital products in Agile and DevOps environments, including release readiness and production support
• 3+ years of experience managing technology-vendor relationships, including scope definition, estimate review, delivery commitments, quality, operational outcomes, and requisition coordination
• 3+ years of experience collaborating across enterprise technology functions and communicating technology options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience with modern content-management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience with cloud-based digital solutions, including AWS and related infrastructure or management portals
• Experience supporting automotive marketing and related business processes, such as Model Year Change Over, marketing campaigns, customer retention, and incentives, within a complex customer-facing digital ecosystem
• Experience supporting large-scale, public-facing digital properties with 24x7 operational escalation models, complex release cycles, and multiple technology delivery partners

Responsibilities

• Translate Marketing priorities into technical direction: Partner with Marketing Product Owners, business verticals, and creative agencies to understand customer needs; provide technical analysis, solution options, and recommendations to influence product roadmaps, backlog refinement, and strategic-planning discussions
• Define scope and optimize investment decisions: Collaborate with Marketing Product Owners and technology vendors to define scope, develop estimates, identify cost drivers, and recommend solution options, including reuse of existing cross-brand capabilities when it can improve efficiency or manage cost. Support applicable vendor contract-management activities, including requisition submission and approval follow-up
• Hold partners accountable for delivery outcomes: Hold technology delivery partners accountable for credible plans, milestones, dependencies, test readiness and quality evidence, release readiness, production health, and corrective actions
• Coordinate enterprise reviews and dependencies: Build partnerships across One Tech teams, including AEM Platform, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Analytics, to surface dependencies and coordinate required reviews and approvals. Engage appropriate technical authorities to confirm alignment with Toyota architecture, security, accessibility, and management-process requirements
• Coordinate release readiness and product reliability: Coordinate go-live readiness and operational transition with Business Product Owners and delivery partners; support critical-incident assessment, business communications, escalation, and reliability improvement
