About The Position

RTX is seeking a strong candidate to join the Global Mobility Payroll and Tax Team as a Senior Analyst, Tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our assignees’ tax matters. The Mobility team is a fast paced, high volume, metric driven, highly collaborative cross functional environment, which is focused on individual and team performance, as well as continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax payment and collections.

• Understanding of global mobility tax administration.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
• Understanding of global mobility individual tax.
• Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in excel.
• Must be able to work extended or flexible hours, as required, to meet requirements of global tax operations.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of expatriate tax services for international assignments.
• Process tax payment accurately and timely.
• Collection of payments from assignees.
• Delivering year-end data to our payroll team and tax provider.
• Document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Ensure tax practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and outside tax providers.
• Respond to employee tax inquiries with a high level of service.
• Support tax‑related projects and initiatives as required.
