About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain independently leads advanced planning analysis and system-enabled insights to align supply, demand, and inventory across the supply chain. The role applies deep planning expertise, advanced analytics, and sound business judgment to solve complex planning challenges and improve service levels, inventory performance, lead times, and operational efficiency. It reports to the Manager, Planning and is part of the Global Supply Chain / Operations team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an on-site role. The role partners with Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance, and serves as a subject matter expert for planning systems and SAP master data. It supports S&OP/PSI processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Analytics concentration preferred.
Several years of experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Experience developing analytical tools, dashboards, or automated reports using BI or analytics platforms.
Proven ability to solve complex, non-routine planning problems using data-driven analysis.
Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily domestically, with occasional overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

APICS / ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.
Experience supporting S&OP, inventory optimization, or digital enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply, demand, and inventory data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
Lead plan-to-actual performance analysis, including root cause identification, mitigation planning, and scenario development to support S&OP/PSI processes.
Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools.
Serve as the planning systems and SAP master data subject matter expert, ensuring data governance, planning accuracy, and reporting integrity.
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to align planning assumptions, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
