About The Position

Intuitive Machines is hiring a recent graduate to join its Supply Chain team in Houston, Texas. The position supports the headquarters organization and current and future customers. The analyst helps examine supply chain data, support inventory and demand planning, coordinate deliveries, track shipments, maintain ERP records, prepare reports and dashboards, and contribute to procurement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as forecasting, inventory control, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Internship or project experience in supply chain or operations; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support inventory management and demand planning activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to help ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues as they arise.
• Help maintain accurate records in ERP systems such as SAP or Acumatica.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives across procurement.
