Senior Analyst — Strategic Sourcing

Frontier Careers•Denver, CO

About The Position

The Senior Analyst — Strategic Sourcing leads sourcing initiatives across Frontier’s indirect spend categories, with significant exposure to Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Commercial services. The role manages smaller sourcing projects with limited oversight and owns key workstreams within larger initiatives, including RFP execution, vendor analysis, financial modeling, business-case development, and contract support. The Analyst develops expertise in assigned sourcing categories, serves as a resource for business partners, and supports junior Analysts. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. It operates with considerable latitude: the role manages assigned projects and workstreams with limited oversight, while a manager reviews key results and recommendations. Sound judgment, collaboration, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality analysis are important to success. The role’s analysis and recommendations support informed sourcing and contracting decisions, balancing cost, risk, and operational needs while strengthening supplier relationships across the airline.
