We are looking for the strategic architect behind Rubrik's most exciting product launches. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Leader for our Product Incubation team (Rubrik X), you'll be the catalyst that propels cutting-edge innovations from concept to commercial success. You won't just support sales, you'll shape the future of how revolutionary products reach the market. As the right hand to our Chief Business Officer, you'll craft the strategies, unlock the insights, and drive the execution that defines our next chapter of growth. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or high-octane startup Business Operations or other related fields
  • Analytical firepower that transforms raw data into strategic gold using tools like Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari
  • Communication mastery that captivates audiences from the boardroom to cross-functional working sessions
  • Collaboration DNA with an exceptional ability to unite diverse teams around common goals while juggling multiple high-stakes priorities with grace
  • Unstoppable drive: you're the rare combination of highly organized and nimble entrepreneurship, with an innate bias for action
  • Project leadership excellence: you see around corners, anticipate dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver on time, every time

  • Tech industry passion, ideally with experience in hyper-growth, cloud-based technology companies where speed and innovation are the currency
  • B.A./B.S. Degree, MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Architect our growth trajectory by leading bi-annual planning, setting revenue targets in close collaboration with Product and Finance teams
  • Empower our sales force by designing compensation structures and rolling out quotas in tandem with Sales Compensation and Finance
  • Illuminate the path forward by uncovering hidden trends and translating complex data into crystal-clear strategic recommendations for Sales leadership
  • Tell our story to the world through compelling strategic analyses and board-level presentations and QBRs to show the business trends
  • Build the foundation for scale by designing elegant processes and policies that turn operational complexity into competitive advantage
