Job Summary: Reporting to a Sales Strategy Manager, you'll be a key partner to sales leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide - turning data into strategy and strategy into action. This is a highly collaborative, globally-scoped role: you'll work across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to define initiatives that move the needle on rep productivity and revenue growth. In this role you'll get to: Analysis & Insights Own the data for your business area - building the SQL expertise, models, and reporting that make you the go-to expert for your stakeholders Surface trends, risks, and opportunities through rigorous analysis, translating complex data into clear recommendations that inform leadership decisions globally Deliver timely performance reporting across all levels of the GTM organization and track how initiatives land in the field Drive ad hoc analysis that keeps strategy ahead of the curve Strategy & Execution Shape and prioritize strategic initiatives - from insight to recommendation to execution Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to scope requirements, align stakeholders and drive projects to completion Own the quality, organization and maintenance of assets across centralized repositories, keeping content sharp and accessible for reps worldwide Sales Enablement & Communication Present strategy, progress and best practices directly to sales teams and senior leadership - you'll have a real audience and real influence Conduct empathy interviews with reps to understand their needs, gather feedback and spot opportunities that data alone can't reveal
