The Corporate Strategy team focuses on guiding the company’s long-term direction and growth by identifying strategic opportunities, driving key initiatives, and shaping organizational priorities. The Corporate Strategy function plays a critical role in ensuring that all strategic efforts are cohesive, data-driven, and geared toward sustaining competitive advantage and innovation in the marketplace. The Senior Strategy Analyst is a high-visibility role designed to drive the operational engine of Flipp+Shopfully’s global strategy. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining the critical rhythms that keep Flipp’s strategy in motion—from M&A pipeline hygiene to the enterprise-wide planning cycle. You will act as a key collaborator to our CFO, Strategy Director & Managers, providing the process support, financial modeling, and data-driven insights necessary to translate high-level strategy into organizational reality.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, corporate strategy, investment banking, business operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
  • Experience building financial models and supporting business cases (e.g., market sizing, scenario analysis, basic valuation)
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Manager, Strategy to execute day-to-day operations of global strategic cycles, including managing templates, coordinating updates, and maintaining the strategic calendar (OGSM framework)
  • Draft and manage internal communications to support seamless strategy execution across teams
  • Support the inorganic growth pipeline by maintaining deal trackers, conducting early-stage evaluations, and performing market scans
  • Build foundational financial models to support initial business cases and due diligence efforts
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research, synthesizing insights to inform annual planning and M&A activities
  • Develop and maintain a strong fact base to support strategic decision-making across the organization
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support across the portfolio, including rapid-response analysis for evolving priorities
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders
