About The Position

ClickHouse is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A within Revenue Operations. This role is responsible for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that supports the GTM organization. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, this individual contributor role offers broad exposure to the GTM organization's operating mechanics and involves close partnership with FP&A and across Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
  • Owner-operator mindset: treating scope as an end-to-end system to build, run, fix, and measure.
  • Comfortable program-managing cross-functional processes, holding timelines, driving deliverables, and synthesizing across stakeholders.
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • SQL fluency required; Python a plus.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack.
  • Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles related to revenue, commissions, and expense flow.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational rigor and controllership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

  • Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance, including timeline, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and output synthesis.
  • Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization, tracking plan vs. actual, managing requisitions, and partnering with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
  • Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle, including scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and ensuring payout accuracy with the comp administrator.
  • Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments, partnering with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
  • Support territory and quota deployment by producing the analytical work for the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
  • Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer, including dashboards, recurring reports, and data quality.
  • Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
