Senior Analyst Revenue Business Intelligence
About The Position
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Business Intelligence supports Revenue Management and the broader Commercial organization through data analytics, process automation, and scalable technical solutions. The role designs and develops Python-based applications and automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve the reliability of revenue analytics. It uses tools including Python, SQL, Git/GitHub, Snowflake, Tableau, and Databricks to modernize processes, streamline data workflows, and create reusable analytical solutions. The role also supports revenue performance reporting, dashboard development, and analytical initiatives that inform business decisions. Occasional overnight travel of 10% may be required. The position is based in a traditional office environment and involves sedentary physical effort, generally not requiring lifting or occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. The base pay range is $88,000 to $132,000 per year. The total compensation package may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, a crewmember stock purchase plan, short- and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and free space-available travel on JetBlue, among other benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a relevant field; alternatively, demonstrated ability to perform the job responsibilities through a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four years of relevant work experience.
- Three years of analytical or quantitative experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including developing scripts, automating workflows, and building reusable, maintainable applications.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including querying, manipulating, and transforming large datasets.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Experience working with Snowflake for data querying, extraction, and transformation.
- Experience using Databricks for data processing and automated job execution.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently identify and implement technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located; U.S. work authorization is required, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor revenue performance and support business decision-making.
- Design and develop automation tools and applications to streamline manual processes.
- Modernize existing workflows by developing reusable solutions.
- Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and processing workflows using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Transition local processes into automated workflows using Databricks or other scheduling and orchestration tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and develop technical solutions that improve productivity.
- Conduct revenue performance analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to Revenue Management and broader Commercial stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests, revenue initiatives, and executive reporting, including preparation of earnings call materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and be available to work flexible hours or respond on short notice when needed.
- Promote JetBlue’s safety values and report safety and security concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards.
