Raytheon Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems within the Advanced Product & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit in Goleta, CA supplies the warfighter with advanced EW solutions to ensure mission success. At EW Systems, we support the entire product life-cycle from concept through design, manufacture and field support. We have an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Program Management Liaison. In this role you will work with the Emerging Programs management office to bridge program management with the functional areas to facilitate program execution. A well-suited candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to operate in a team collaborative environment. The responsibilities are dynamic requiring the candidate to adapt quickly to new challenges. This role is onsite located in Goleta, California.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and/or related software applications
  • Project management or related business experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance and program access after start
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Ability to multi-task, address multiple issues and set priorities based on requests from different individuals and departments
  • Must be reliable organized, flexible and detail oriented
  • Excellent business sense to proactively identify and resolve problems and issues quickly and efficiently
  • Exposure to manufacture and test environments including proper handling of production hardware and familiarity with safety and ESD protocols
  • Risk management experience including the capture and maintenance of risks
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with internal and external customers
  • Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support customer meetings including generation of minutes, action items and other customer documentation requirements
  • Assist PMs in the conduct of weekly Program Performance Reviews (PPR) meetings including generation of and tracking of action items
  • Coordinate across departments in support of Program Objectives which may include working with Supply Chain, Contracts and Operations to resolve issues impacting contractual deliveries
  • Coordinate with security to facilitate the transfer of classified data and hardware
  • Courier of material between vendors, customers, and test sites
  • Execute small projects to assist the PM/Director
  • Support offsite activities as needed including vendor visits, customer meetings and field tests
