About The Position

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a finance professional for its Strategic Communications group to support a program family within the Airborne & Sustainment portfolio. The role supports financial reviews and interfaces with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and cross-functional organizations including Contracts, Accounting, and Supply Chain. The position supports monthly earned value reporting in compliance with DFARS and Raytheon 10255 policy, quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, Work Breakdown Structure maintenance in APEX/SAP, and detailed program- and CLIN-level financial analysis. It also contributes to ad hoc reporting, senior-level projects, and program initiatives. The role is remote, primarily home-based, with travel to a site as needed; some interview steps may take place in person. U.S. citizenship is required to access program and financial management information.

Requirements

Typically requires a university degree and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and lookups, and related digital tools such as SAP APEX and the Microsoft Office Suite.
U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Experience with PMX tool systems.
Applied EVMS principles, including Raytheon EVMS Certification.

Responsibilities

Support monthly Earned Value (EV) reporting in compliance with DFARS and Raytheon 10255 policy, including Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates, EV anomaly and compliance checks, and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables.
Support quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) creation at the Program/SBU level.
Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP.
Perform detailed financial analysis at the total-program and CLIN levels to help define and understand monthly variances to the budget baseline and EAC positions.
Provide ad hoc data reporting support and participate in senior-level projects and program initiatives.
Interface with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and cross-functional organizations such as Contracts, Accounting, and Supply Chain.
