About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Product Development supports the definition and delivery of digital product capabilities across the Amex Offers ecosystem. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements and deliver customer-centric product capabilities that drive business value. The individual is responsible for defining product requirements, supporting prioritization and planning, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring successful delivery of product capabilities from concept through launch. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
