About The Position

The team is seeking a professional to support the origination and execution of Project Bonds transactions and, potentially, Project Finance transactions across LatAm. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in Project Finance, preferably with exposure to infrastructure and energy transactions. Experience in DCM, private placements, or capital markets would be highly valued. The candidate should be comfortable analyzing complex structures, preparing and managing financial models, supporting credit and transaction analysis, and developing client/marketing presentations and internal approval materials. This role will be important in supporting the continued growth of the Project Bonds platform and the potential expansion into Project Finance opportunities in LatAm.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Finance, preferably with exposure to infrastructure and energy transactions.
• Experience in DCM, private placements, or capital markets would be highly valued.
• Ability to understand and evaluate complex financing structures.
• Experience preparing high-quality presentations and transaction materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ Years Product Development, Product Management, or related field.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.
• Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
• Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

• Bilingual English / Spanish profile highly desirable.
