About the Role This role supports three interconnected workstreams that shape the quality of the restaurant and guest experience. You will help evaluate and operationalize third-party integrations, strengthen partner programs, and support platform security efforts that maintain a trusted ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical skills, structured communication, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or cross functional problems. You will help teams make informed decisions, build scalable processes, and ensure both partners and internal stakeholders have the data and documentation they need.

Requirements

  • You are a collaborative, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in an analytics, operations, partnerships, or business operations role, with exposure to partner management, program support, or platform operations
  • 1-2 years of experience using analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, SQL, or similar), with an understanding of data structures and reporting best practices
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with business development, product, engineering, or platform teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong documentation and process management skills, with experience creating, maintaining, or improving SOPs and operational workflows
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food tech, SaaS, fintech, or marketplace platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, platform security concepts, risk management, or audit processes preferred
  • Passion for the dining and hospitality industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage key analytics - dashboards, financial budgets, and scorecards that track partner & program performance, integration health, guest impact, and platform security indicators.
  • Support BD team activities related to the intake & analysis of perspective partners as well as ongoing partner onboarding management.
  • Assist in daily operations for platform security - conducting audits, sweeps, and data pulls, analysis to identify high-risk accounts or integration-related anomalies.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs and documentation for workflows across integrations, partnerships, and platform security.
  • Collaborate cross- functionally with product, engineering, customer success, and support teams to improve integration and security workflows.
