The Ballpark Operations team is responsible for the event day needs of the organizationâs events here at Oracle Park. This department works cross-functionally with several other departments and is integral to the success of the event day experience. About the Role: The Manager, Partnership Operations is responsible for ensuring all partnership-related assets, activations, and ballpark elements are executed with precision and efficiency. Reporting to the Vice President, Ballpark Operations & Event Services, this role serves as the operational bridge between the Ballpark Operations and Corporate Partnerships departments & works hand in hand with the Director, Partnerships Activation â ensuring that partner deliverables are installed, maintained, and activated to the highest standard. This position requires strong organizational skills, hands-on project management, and the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors to bring partnership initiatives to life in a professional baseball environment.
