Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and scaling strategic partnerships or alliances as an individual contributor, with measurable business impact.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership agreements.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to assess market opportunities, define metrics, and iterate based on data.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with executive presence and confidence engaging senior leaders.
  • Strong sense of ownership, bias toward action, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to align teams and deliver joint initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and execute the partnership strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth priorities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that expand market reach and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, including discovery, negotiation, structuring, and execution of agreements.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key partners.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to ongoing management, optimization, and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to align initiatives and ensure effective execution.
  • Drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and partner-influenced opportunities through co-selling and joint value propositions.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline, ROI, and continuously refine partnership playbooks and processes for scalability.
  • Represent the organization externally at industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem forums while staying close to market trends.
