About The Position

Compound Planning is a fast-growing fintech-enabled RIA seeking a high-caliber Cashiering Platform & Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in modernizing and scaling our cash management function. This is not a traditional processor role. We are intentionally investing in a high-level analytical thinker who combines deep cashiering knowledge with systems thinking, process design, and operational oversight. Role Overview This role will lead the operational onboarding, workflow design, and optimization of our new cash management platform. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on operator and a strategic process designer — someone who understands cashiering deeply enough to execute transactions, but who naturally thinks in terms of process, systems, controls, data, and scalability. Post-implementation, this individual will evolve into a quality reviewer, workflow owner, and data-driven oversight partner to leadership, while continuing to process a portion of transactions to remain grounded in day-to-day realities.
