About The Position

Senior Analyst - Operations (Process Governance) We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the dynamic Spark Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, conducting data reconciliations, and supporting critical business initiatives. Your work will directly impact key business decisions by generating actionable insights and providing valuable metrics that drive performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, data analysis and project management, with a proven ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to leverage multiple systems or platforms to solve complex problems, and a keen interest in producing data-driven solutions that inform strategic decision-making. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or related Business field and 2 years’ experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project Management OR 4 years' experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project Management
  • Ability to translate business pain-points into actionable initiatives, backed-up by data-driven metrics
  • Some experience with Operational best practices and an outstanding ability to both work collaboratively and independently, always ensuring effective communication
