About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Online Experience Optimization (Personalization) helps create more relevant and engaging shopping experiences for customers on Homedepot.com. Working at the intersection of Merchandising, Product, Marketing, and eCommerce, this role uses customer insights, personalization strategies, and testing to improve how customers discover and shop for products online. This associate leads the strategy, execution, and measurement of personalization initiatives and A/B tests across key digital experiences. Rather than building complex models or performing deep technical analysis, this role focuses on identifying customer opportunities, translating data into actionable insights, and developing a clear narrative that drives business decisions. The Sr. Analyst partners closely with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to bring personalization strategies to life and measure their impact. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, curiosity about customer behavior, and the ability to connect insights to recommendations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data to understand performance and trends but excels at storytelling, influencing partners, and turning findings into meaningful customer experience improvements. While this is not a hands-on engineering, data science, or highly technical analytics role, the successful candidate will possess the technical literacy needed to collaborate effectively with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to bring personalization strategies to life.
