Compensation for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As a Senior Logistics Analyst in Managed Transportation at RXO, you will be responsible for developing actionable research to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience in a comprehensive supply chain or logistics role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; especially Excel/Access to develop reports; expert-level Excel skills, including macros
  • Ability to extract system data from SAP and Power BI
  • Expertise in preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • Experience with converting raw data into usable formats

  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Solid problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries, solid data mining and development skills
  • Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Experience creating Power BI dashboards for KPIs and quality reports
  • Solid verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare operational and data for research, investigation, projects, or general business actions
  • Access multiple databases, extract information, and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall operational performance
  • Research operational data, including performance and productivity, to identify potential errors, trends that aid in root cause identification, and provide corrective actions
  • Utilize systems and software to develop, create visibility, and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions
  • Provide cost estimates for routing solutions and participate in the implementation of operational changes
  • Create related reports, graphs, charts, presentations, and other documents to support the analysis and application of solutions
  • Develop and deliver productivity savings and engineered solutions analysis to the supported customer
