Position Summary Own core layout design and project execution for remodels, strategic initiatives, new formats, operational execution needs, assigned LCR requests, and customer experience goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of space planning experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft word and AutoCad systems
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary design owner for assigned remodels, initiatives, concepts, and special projects
- Develop preliminary and final store layouts that align with merchandising, operational, and field requirements
- Complete assigned LCR requests while balancing core project priorities
- Analyze sales, space productivity, store performance, and related data to support design decisions and layout recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align layouts with merchandising, operational, and field requirements
- Maintain CAD standards, file accuracy, and required layout documentation
- Identify execution risks, clarify assumptions, and recommend process refinements when appropriate
