This role supports all aspects of Greystar’s west regional investment management team, including acquisitions and asset management functions, and serves as a key resource for the broader regional investment teams on both ongoing and ad hoc initiatives. The position contributes to the execution and implementation of the Company’s strategies and programs that drive the financial and operational performance of the Investment group through acquisitions and asset management of existing owned assets. This includes gathering and analyzing market, property, and portfolio data, identifying opportunities for improving financial and/or operational performance, managing programs that promote revenue, and performing other analytical, program management, or tasks that support the daily operation of the business. As a cutting-edge firm, Greystar is committed to leveraging AI to enhance investment strategies, sharpen analytical capabilities, and drive operational efficiencies across the platform, and this role is expected to be a contributor to that effort by actively learning, adopting, and implementing artificial intelligence tools and technologies into day-to-day investment workflows and processes.
