About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of the company’s income statement across two business segments. The Senior Analyst will validate segment submissions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to corporate accounting policies. They will prepare consolidated P&L reporting packages, variance analyses, and commentary for senior finance leadership. This position will also support the global forecast and budget cycles by coordinating inputs, aligning assumptions, and ensuring segment data integrity. The analyst will develop and maintain consolidation models and standardized reporting templates, and partner with segment finance teams to understand drivers of performance, review key variances, and resolve data issues. Additionally, they will assist in the preparation of materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders, and support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements related to consolidation and reporting. Ensuring alignment with accounting policies, corporate reporting guidelines, and internal controls is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consolidation within a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of income statement structure, consolidation concepts, and multi‑segment reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with enterprise consolidation/reporting tools (e.g., HFM, OneStream, SAP BPC).
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial data and provide clear, concise insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to process rigor and continuous improvement.
