About The Position

In this role, you will perform business analysis and develop solutions through comprehensive research, data evaluation, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate brings strong critical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen — without a focus on software development or coding. You will work across teams and data sources to support high-impact projects, identify business opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. This role may also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and typically owns specific projects or business processes.

Requirements

5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related strategic function.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a business-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a cross-functional environment.
