Provides comprehensive support to LUMA across all phases of grant management, with a specialized focus on validating eligible costs and optimizing documentation processes to ensure the accurate and timely submission of reimbursement requests. Monitors FEMA and federal grant policies and interprets program updates to ensure accurate alignment with grant requirements. Reviews documentation and assesses eligibility by validating procurement records, invoices, supporting documents, and full reimbursement packages against approved Project Worksheet scopes. Coordinates with stakeholders and provides responses to information requests by compiling required records and resolving discrepancies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams as needed to support process improvement initiatives; ensure alignment with organizational objectives and contribute to the development of efficient, streamlined workflows that enhance overall business performance. Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations. Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services. Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
