About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, FP&A supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management revenue within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, this role contributes to the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close deliverables, with a focus on client-level and drug-level revenue analytics. The Sr. Analyst partners with Finance teammates and cross-functional groups to monitor revenue performance, explain variances, and deliver clear, data-driven insights that inform business decisions.

Requirements

3 years of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, ideally in a PBM, managed care, or health benefits environment
Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute (4 years)

Nice To Haves

Understanding of pharmacy revenue drivers including volume, price, client mix, and utilization
Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain multi-driver variances clearly
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare executive-ready reporting
Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Finance and cross-functional teams
