Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, with strong knowledge of financial processes and business operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships with colleagues across the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and changing business needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Working Knowledge of SQL/Python
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate and/or retail environment is considered an asset.
  • experience with Access is considered an asset.
  • Experience with SAP and MicroStrategy is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, periodic reports for various business divisions
  • Identify key business performance drivers through structured analysis, effectively probe problems and causes, and work with the team to develop solutions
  • Provide Support for Promo Planning and DC Finance task as required
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key critical initiatives as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects and initiatives as required
