About The Position

Supports financial planning and analysis, compliance, and strategic decision-making to optimize financial performance and investment returns. Partners with various business units to ensure effective control environments and deliver financial insights. The Senior Analyst, Finance, supports the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with company goals. This role involves developing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans by collaborating with business partners. The Senior Analyst may also validate control design and effectiveness, recommending remediation plans to maintain a strong control environment. This position requires analyzing key trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and making recommendations to support financial targets. The role may involve leading projects and providing insights into operational performance. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will support the end-to-end management of the Supply Chain capital portfolio, including investment tracking, forecast accuracy, variance analysis, and ensuring alignment to approved business cases and capital governance requirements in collaboration with cross-functional partners. The Senior Analyst may also develop and implement process improvements, streamline financial analysis procedures, and maintain documentation on current processes. This role provides technical expertise, guidance, and training to indirect reports and other teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving associate engagement. Overall, the Senior Analyst, Finance, plays a crucial role in managing business performance, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive company success.
