Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial planning tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or CMA a plus.
  • experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.
  • experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Proficiency with A.I. tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting process in close partnership with the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, and CFO.
  • Maintain and update the annual forecast model on a periodic basis, incorporating actuals and revised assumptions.
  • Prepare budget/forecast versus actual analyses with clear commentary on key drivers and trends.
  • Support pro forma M&A financial modeling, including utilization rates, overhead rate analysis, and integration assumptions.
  • Track and report on financial performance of acquired companies post-close, supporting integration activities as needed.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for internal stakeholders and the Company's financial sponsor.
  • Analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with department and functional leaders to provide real-time visibility into overhead and operating expenses.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enhance decision-making across the organization.
  • Support high-priority finance initiatives, which may include: Overhead rate tracking, projections, and optimization analysis; Cost savings identification and monitoring; Acquisition integration synergy tracking and cross-sell opportunity analysis; Ad hoc financial analysis in support of executive and sponsor requests.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
  • Support automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Document processes and build scalable reporting templates to support the growing finance function.
