About The Position

The Senior Analyst Finance Operations supports Operations Finance through advanced reporting, data analysis, business partnership with Service and Repair Operations (SRO), and supply chain management. The role calls for strong analytical and technical capabilities and independent resolution of complex operational problems while working closely with Manufacturing, Service, Logistics, and IT teams. This is a hybrid position located in Largo, Florida.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems, or equivalent; certifications are preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, business planning, finance, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience using PowerBI and SQL to query, transform, and visualize data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and explain data findings and solutions clearly.
• Ability to work as a proactive, solutions-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc variance analyses, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and month-end reporting using advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting and data used for journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reviews.
• Manage quarterly and annual audit controls, including the cycle count program and related inventory management at distribution and manufacturing sites.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies, streamlining reporting, and improving data accessibility and reliability.
• Support cost-saving opportunities by partnering with stakeholders and connecting data to decisions.
