About The Position

We have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Enterprise AI to join our Enterprise AI IT team based hybrid in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI. In this pivotal role, you will sit at the intersection of AI solutioning and AI governance, security, and policy—designing and configuring practical, high-impact AI solutions across the enterprise while helping define the standards, guardrails, and controls that keep those innovations responsible, secure, and compliant. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will translate workflows and pain points into AI-powered agents and automations using platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, and other agentic AI tools. In parallel, you will partner with Legal and Security to shape Infoblox’s enterprise AI governance framework, ensuring every solution we ship meets a high bar for data protection, risk management, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a stakeholder-facing role (e.g., solutions/business systems analyst, tech consultant, GRC analyst), ideally in tech or consulting
  • Proven experience both building/configuring technology solutions and contributing to governance, policies, controls, and risk processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, computer science, engineering, business, risk/compliance, or related)
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI/automation solutions with platforms like Glean, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, or similar; exposure to LLMs and agentic workflows is a plus
  • Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating complex needs into functional/technical specs for AI platforms
  • Experience partnering with Security, Legal, Privacy, and/or Compliance on technology governance, risk, and policy, with working knowledge of regulatory and risk frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI risk domains (data leakage, prompt injection, bias/fairness, hallucination, vendor risk, responsible AI) and ability to design practical controls
  • Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence, ablility to lead cross-functional discussions and navigate sensitive risk/policy conversations
  • High ownership and adaptability, comfort operating with limited direction in a fast-evolving AI and regulatory landscape while balancing multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Business Operations, and other functions to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities
  • Lead discovery sessions to map current processes and define AI-enabled future-state workflows and experiences
  • Design, configure, and implement AI-powered agents and solutions using platforms like Glean, Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, collaborating with Engineering and IT for deeper technical work
  • Prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions, including coordinating UAT, gathering feedback, and preparing for production rollout and scale
  • Drive adoption and change management through user enablement, documentation, use-case playbooks, and education on how to use AI day to day
  • Define and evolve Infoblox’s enterprise AI governance framework, including policies, guardrails, risk tiers, and intake/review processes
  • Act as primary liaison to Legal and Security, coordinating risk assessments and ensuring AI solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Own roadmap and lifecycle management for enterprise AI platforms, monitoring performance, and risk (quality, bias, hallucination, drift) and driving remediation
