About The Position

The Configuration and Data Management Department is seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering Services to join the team on-site in Marlborough, MA. The candidate will do Data Management (DM) for unclassified and classified tasks which are needed on multiple mission critical programs. The candidate will experience all aspects of a product life cycle, as a member of a fast-paced team. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance, and U.S. citizenship is required. The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $131,100 USD.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret DoD U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • Product Data Management Tool experience or ability to learn CM/DM processing tool.
  • Windchill Common PDM.
  • Understanding of data/configuration management concepts.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Ability to read and comprehend the statement of work, 1423 forms, integrated master schedule and work product management plan.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) + Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to solve ad hoc issues.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Read the statement of work/1423 forms.
  • Understand the integrated master schedule and load submission schedule.
  • Track, status, submit, and close submissions.
  • Support program events.
  • Understand the CM/DM approach and the CM/DM tools to do the tasks.
  • Work independently and understand role requirements while supporting team goals and communicating task status.
  • Support classified work products.
  • Learn Hardware Configuration Management (CM) or Software Configuration Management skills to backup other team members as needed.
  • Handle drawing/work product releases and drawing changes (HW CM).
  • Handle SW work product release and changes (SW CM).
